It’s the people that make Epic such a great place to work. Whether I’m in the office or out in the field, there’s a real focus on looking out for each other. Safety, communication, and teamwork are part of the culture, and I feel supported in creating a safe and healthy workplace.
One of the things I value most about Epic is its flexibility and supportive culture. Being able to bring Guide Dog puppy Gordon to work as part of his training journey has been a unique experience, and the encouragement we’ve received from colleagues across the business has been fantastic. Gorden loves the cuddles and pats he gets.
I joined Epic through the internship program and continued working here while completing my final year of university before moving into my current role as a Pipeline Engineer. I love the balance between office and field work, and I’ve had great opportunities to head ‘up the line’ and get involved hands-on with projects.
